The cost of an initial evaluation is $179. Cash, credit, check, Venmo, HSA, and FSA payments are all accepted. If you have out-of-network benefits, a superbill may be provided at the end of your plan of care which can be submitted to your insurance company. We cannot, however, guarantee reimbursement.
