  • We are not contracted with any insurance providers at this time. Being out of network allows us to provide the best possible care, giving us the freedom to treat without insurance limitations. We are focused on your outcomes, not insurance payouts.

  • The cost of an initial evaluation is $179. Cash, credit, check, Venmo, HSA, and FSA payments are all accepted. If you have out-of-network benefits, a superbill may be provided at the end of your plan of care which can be submitted to your insurance company. We cannot, however, guarantee reimbursement.

  • A bluebird day is a beautiful, sunny day that comes after a big snow storm. My goal is to get you to your "bluebird day."

  • Dry needling is a physical therapy technique that uses insertion of a filiform needle to decrease trigger points, muscle spasm and pain. Dry needling can also improve range of motion. Though dry needling and acupuncture use similar needles, they are two entirely different techniques based on entirely different philosophies.
